Stonzo (stonzo.com) and the Stonzo for Business app are operated by its founders, Hitesh Kumar and Rupesh Taneja (Ward No. 2, Siwani Mandi, Bhiwani, Haryana 127046, India). We work with factories in Kishangarh, Rajasthan. By using Stonzo you accept these terms.
Stonzo is a place to find marble and granite that factories have in stock and to contact them. We are not a seller, broker or agent, we are not part of any deal between you and a factory, and we don't take commission. Price, quantity, quality, delivery and payment are agreed directly between you and the factory.
Factories add and update their own listings and are responsible for them being accurate. Prices are indicative and negotiable, and usually for the stone only. Stock can sell or change at any time. Colour and pattern can look different in person. We do spot checks, but we can't check every listing, and we don't guarantee any listing or factory. Always inspect a slab before you buy.
If you run a factory, you confirm that you have the right to sell the stock you list and to share the photos you upload, and that your listings are honest.
Stonzo doesn't take payments, and nobody from Stonzo will ever ask you to pay. Be careful with anyone asking for an advance before you've seen the stone, and report the conversation if something worries you.
You need to be 18 or older. You sign in with your own phone number, one account per number. Keep your sign-in codes private. Factory accounts are set up by our team after you request access at stonzo.com/for-factories.
We have no tolerance for abusive, offensive or illegal content, or for users who harass others. Don't send fake or spam enquiries, harass or threaten anyone, post offensive content, pretend to be someone else, copy factory contacts in bulk, use bots or scripts, upload anything illegal or that you don't have the right to share, or try to break the service. We may remove content and limit, block or close accounts that do.
What you upload stays yours. You allow us to store and use it only to run Stonzo, for example:
If you run a factory, you also allow us to show your business details, listings and photos publicly on Stonzo and in links you share, for as long as your account is active.
You can report a conversation, or block the other person, from the ⋮ menu in any chat, on the website and in the Stonzo for Business app. You can also report a listing, factory or buyer at support@stonzo.com or +91 81681 73086. We look into every report and may remove content or accounts that break these terms.
Stonzo may change, pause or have errors, and is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from your dealings with factories, from listings that are wrong or out of date, or from the service being unavailable.
You can delete your account at any time. You don't need to call or email us.
Our Privacy policy explains the limited records we keep for 180 days after deletion, as Indian law requires.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you about important changes on the site and in the app.
