Delete your account
How to delete your Stonzo or Stonzo for Business account.
If you buy stone (stonzo.com)
Sign in, open My account and choose Delete account, then Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Go to My account →If you run a factory (Stonzo for Business app)
In the Stonzo for Business app, open Profile and choose Delete account, then enter the one-time code sent to your login number. Your account is deleted straight away, and your factory page and listings disappear from Stonzo at the same moment.
What is deleted, and what we keep
- Deleted straight away:
- your profile and account details;
- for factories, your page, listings and photos;
- for buyers, your saved stones, photo searches and callback requests.
- Kept privately for 180 days, then deleted: your registration record (phone number, name, business name and GST for factories, account dates), a copy of your conversations and security logs. Indian law requires us to keep registration information for 180 days after an account is closed. We use these records only to investigate fraud, disputes and misuse.

Can't use the app or your account?
Send us your name and the phone number on the account. We'll check the number is yours, delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by WhatsApp or phone.
